Shipping Policy:

A Shield Skins we strive to make sure you get your order quickly and efficiently.We ship Monday through Saturday. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of when your order was placed but occasionally it may take up to 72 hours.

Shield Skins uses USPS(United States Postal Service) as our primary shipping carrier for all orders.

We offer FREE standard shipping with any order of 3 Shield Skins or more.

We do not ship on the following days:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther king Jr. Day
  • President’s day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Veterans Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Domestics Orders:

All domestic orders are shipped with tracking and a tracking number will be emailed to you upon your order shipping.

International Orders:

All international orders are shipped with USPS. Tracking is not available with the Standard USPS First Class International or USPS Priority International shipping options. Tracking is available with the USPS Express International shipping option and a tracking number will be emailed to you upon your order shipping. International orders may be subject to applicable customs, duties, brokerage fees and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Please read the following to see if you qualify for a refund:

Items must be returned within 30 days of your purchase.
There is a $4.95 restocking fee for all returned orders. We don not refund shipping costs in either direction.
Refunds may take up to two weeks to be processed

Return Process:

  1. Contact us by visiting our “Contact Us” page within 30 days of your purchase. Please provide us with as much information about your order as possible. Including your name, order number, item name, quantity and reason for the return. The more information you give us the faster we can process your request.
  2. You will then receive an email from Shield Skins with your RA#(Return Authorization Number).
    You MUST write this number CLEARLY on the outside of the package you will be sending to us.This is how we internally track and identify your return. Failure to provide this number with your shipment will result in refusal of your return.
  3. The email you receive form Shield Skins will also provide the address you will need to ship the return to. It is HIGHLY recommended you ship your return with a shipping service that has some type or delivery confirmation number to ensure your package is returned to us.
  4. After we receive and process your return (processing your return may take up to two weeks from the time we receive your return) we will credit your account (less $4.95 per order). You will be notified by email when your credit has been processed.
