We MUST receive your original Shield Skins back within 30 days of the day you requested the replacement. If we do not receive your original Shield Skins back within 30 days your warranties will be void and you will no longer be eligible for future replacements.

Items must be returned within 30 days of your purchase date. There is a $4.95 restocking fee per skin ($10.00 for tablets and laptops) for all returned orders. We do not refund shipping costs in either direction.

Refunds are normally processed within 3 to 5 days but may take up to two weeks.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact us by visiting our Contact Us page, please provide as much information about your order as possible. Including your name, invoice/order number, item name, quantity and reason for return. The more information you give us the faster we can process your request.

Step 2: You will then receive an email from Shield Skins with your RA# (Return Authorization Number). You MUST write this number CLEARLY on the outside for the package you will be sending to us. This is how we internally track and identify your return. Failure to provide this number with your shipment will result in refusal of your return.

It is HIGHLY recommended you ship your return with a shipping service that has some type of tracking or delivery confirmation number to ensure your package is returned to us.

Step 4: After we receive and process your return (returns are normally processed within 3 to 5 days from the day we receive your return) we will credit your account (less $4.95 per skin, per order, $10.00 for tablets and laptops). You will be notified by email when your credit has been processed.
